1. Graduate in any discipline,
2. Must have at least CCC level proficiency in computer from NIELIT, or a minimum of 6 months Diploma in Computer Science;
3.
At least 2 years of work experience preferably in IT/e-Governance/IT
related project co-ordination and program Management in related
fields.

On the maximum salary of Rs. 25,000 p.m. in Ist
Year, 28,000 p.m. in Second Year, 31,000 p.m. in third year &
34,000 p.m. in fourth year, inclusive of all taxes, charges and
allowances, subject to Performance evaluation.

Conditions:
1. For
State Project Manager : Candidate must be a resident of the State. For
District Manager : Candidate must be the domicile of the District for
which he/she submits application for the post
2. Candidate preferably be aged between 24-35 years. Relaxation may be allowed in the merit of candidate on case to case basis.
3. Application forms shall have to be received on or before 14-07-2017.
4. In service candidates shall be required to produce NOC form his/her employers at the time of interview.
How to Apply:
Applications complete
in all respects (on the prescribed format) affixed with the recent
passport size photograph along with updated CV/Resume should be uploaded
on the website. Candidates
who are shortlisted for interview shall be required to produce the
original set of below mentioned certificates for verification at the
time of interview. Candidates who fail to produce any of the below
mentioned certificates in original shall not be allowed to appear in the
interview and their candidature will be rejected.
Original and Photocopies of the following documents should be brought at the time of Interview :
1. Relevant qualification Certificates.
2. Experience Certificate.
3. Date of Birth Certificate ( Matriculation certificate)
4. Marks certificate of all qualifying examinations.
5. Permanent Resident Certificate.
6. NOC (in case of in Govt. service candidates only).
Last Date of submission:
The last date of submission of applications is 14-07-2017.
Other Essential Qualifications for State Project Manager:
1. Should be proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
2. Should be able to communicate in local language
3. preferably be aged between 24-35 years. Relaxation may be allowed in the merit of candidate on case to case basis.
4. Should be the Permanent Resident of the State.
Other Essential Qualifications for District Manager
1. Should be able to communicate in English and local language
2. preferably be aged between 24-35 years. Relaxation may be allowed in the merit of candidate on case to case basis.
3. Should be the domicile of the same District.
